新華社加拉加斯7月13日電（記者田睿）委內瑞拉代總統德爾西·羅德里格斯13日宣布，委政府已將外交部和外貿部合并為外交與外貿部，費利克斯·普拉森西亞將出任新部門的部長。
羅德里格斯通過社交媒體發文表示，普拉森西亞將負責外交與外貿部，原外交部長伊萬·希爾將出任科技部長。
普拉森西亞曾于2021年至2022年擔任委內瑞拉外交部長，今年早些時候曾被羅德里格斯委派出任委駐美外交代表。（完）
