“上海防汛”微信公眾號2026年7月18日21時消息，預計未來6小時內，中心城區大部將出現1小時雨量30-50毫米的短時強降水天氣。上海市氣象臺2026年7月18日20時34分發布中心城區暴雨藍色預警信號。市防汛指揮部決定同步啟動中心城區防汛防臺Ⅳ級響應行動。
