7月21日，福建寧德霞浦縣，網友反映有一鞋廠起火，視頻顯示，起火建筑中冒出陣陣黑煙。9時許，附近的一名商家告訴瀟湘晨報·晨視頻記者，起火地是一家鞋廠，5點起火，鞋廠里沒人，目前火已撲滅。霞浦縣應急管理局的工作人員告訴記者，確有一鞋廠起火，7點已經撲滅，沒有人員傷亡，起火原因為電線老化。
