人民網成都7月24日電 (李強強)7月24日，成都高新區召開領導干部大會，宣布四川省委、成都市委決定，陳茂祿同志任成都高新技術產業開發區管理委員會主任。
陳茂祿，男，漢族，1974年9月生，在職博士研究生，中共黨員，此前任成都市政府秘書長、黨組成員。
