趙樸初居士（1907.11.5-2000.5.21）
關于遺體的處理，我曾在二十多年前寫過遺囑，置書櫥屜內(nèi)，不知緣何失去，今尚記憶原文大概，再書之。
遺體除眼球獻給同仁醫(yī)院眼庫外，其他部分凡可以移作救治傷病者，請醫(yī)師盡量取用。用后，以舊床單包好火化。不留骨灰、不要骨灰盒，不搞遺體告別，不要說“安息吧”。
生固欣然，死亦無憾。
花落還開，水流不斷。
我兮何有，誰與安息。
明月清風，不勞尋覓。
