12月2日，在北京舉行的聯(lián)合國全球契約組織成立25周年紀(jì)念活動上，寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)會計學(xué)教授、諾丁漢大學(xué)國際案例中心主任宋會敏受邀出任“一帶一路”行動平臺可持續(xù)金融專家組成員。

這不僅是宋會敏教授個人學(xué)術(shù)影響力的體現(xiàn)，也印證了寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)在國際可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究與實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域的積極貢獻(xiàn)，更標(biāo)志著中國在可持續(xù)金融領(lǐng)域的話語權(quán)與解決方案獲得了國際權(quán)威組織的重要認(rèn)可。

與業(yè)內(nèi)專家加入可持續(xù)金融專家工作組

在專題論壇“共筑可持續(xù)未來：中國企業(yè)出海新航程暨‘一帶一路’專家工作組成立儀式”的現(xiàn)場，宋會敏教授與其他六位業(yè)內(nèi)權(quán)威專家見證了可持續(xù)金融專家工作組的成立，并正式加入該工作組。他們將聚焦建設(shè)引領(lǐng)國際規(guī)則的可持續(xù)金融合作平臺，為高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”提供關(guān)鍵支撐，將行之有效的“中國方案”融入全球發(fā)展議程。

宋會敏教授進(jìn)一步介紹道：“具體來說，我們將致力于構(gòu)建符合‘一帶一路’特點(diǎn)的可持續(xù)金融標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，建立涵蓋環(huán)境效益、社會包容性和經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性的綜合評估框架。此外，我們還將運(yùn)用金融工具，推動資本向兼具生態(tài)效益與社會價值的項目傾斜，并通過協(xié)同治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)為可持續(xù)投資提供穩(wěn)定的政策預(yù)期與風(fēng)險緩釋。”

這一系列舉措旨在突破當(dāng)前全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的核心瓶頸。根據(jù)聯(lián)合國全球契約組織的研究，到2030年，全球每年需投入3至5萬億美元資金才能實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。面對如此龐大的資金數(shù)額，構(gòu)建一個能夠統(tǒng)籌環(huán)境正效應(yīng)、社會包容性與經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)性的新型投融資范式，已成為推動“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、響應(yīng)聯(lián)合國全球契約組織“加速前行”倡議的關(guān)鍵。

作為聯(lián)合國全球契約組織的長期知識合作伙伴，寧諾持續(xù)在學(xué)術(shù)研究和知識體系建設(shè)等方面貢獻(xiàn)專業(yè)力量。其中，由諾丁漢大學(xué)國際案例中心主編的《“二十年二十佳”在華企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展案例集》《聯(lián)合國全球契約2025年進(jìn)展報告》兩項核心成果已在聯(lián)合國全球契約組織的全球渠道正式發(fā)布。這些極具價值的知識成果凝聚寧諾智慧，為實(shí)現(xiàn)全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)提供了堅實(shí)的學(xué)術(shù)框架與詳實(shí)的行動指南。

“我們希望將更多‘中國實(shí)踐’融入全球性議程，并將其提煉為可供國際社會借鑒的‘中國方案’，進(jìn)而構(gòu)建一套更加豐富、多元和務(wù)實(shí)的全球治理體系，并在回應(yīng)人類共同挑戰(zhàn)的進(jìn)程中，持續(xù)將地方智慧變?yōu)槠栈萑虻墓矁r值。”

UNGC appoints UNNC scholar to Sustainable Finance Expert Group

At the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), held on 2 December in Beijing, Dr Huimin Song, Professor of Accounting at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) and Director of the University of Nottingham Case Innovation Centre (NCIC), was appointed to the UNGC’s Sustainable Finance Expert Group. This appointment highlights her widely recognised academic leadership and underscores UNNC’s active contributions to advancing global sustainability research and practice.

During the ceremony, Dr Song joined six other distinguished experts to witness the official launch of the Sustainable Finance Expert Group and to formally take up her position as a member. Embedding Chinese insights and practices in the global agenda, the group will focus on building a collaborative platform for sustainable finance that supports the development of international standards and provides financial solutions for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

Dr Song elaborated on the group’s mission: "Specifically, we will dedicate our efforts to developing a sustainable finance standards system tailored to the BRI, establishing a comprehensive assessment framework that integrates environmental benefits, social inclusivity, and economic sustainability. Furthermore, we will leverage financial instruments to direct capital towards projects that deliver both ecological and social value, and use collaborative governance networks to provide stable policy expectations and risk mitigation for sustainable investments."

These initiatives seek to address a fundamental bottleneck in global sustainable development. According to UNGC research, achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 requires global annual investment of between US$3 to 5 trillion. Faced with this immense need, establishing a new financing paradigm that holistically balances environmental impact, social inclusion, and economic sustainability has become crucial to promoting high-quality BRI development and supporting the UNGC's Forward Faster initiative.

As a long-term knowledge partner of the UNGC, NCIC continues to contribute its professional expertise to academic research and the development of knowledge systems. Key outputs—including 20 Case Examples of Private Sector's Sustainable Development in China for 20 Years and United Nations Global Compact 2025 Progress Report—have been officially released through the UNGC's global channels. These valuable knowledge products, reflecting UNNC’s insight and scholarship, provide robust academic foundations and practical guidelines for achieving the global SDGs.

"We aim to integrate more 'Chinese Practices' into the global agenda, refining them into 'Chinese Solutions' for international reference," said Dr Song. "This will help build a rich and diverse global governance system, continuously transforming local wisdom into public value that supports the world in addressing our shared challenges."
