今天上午，今年第11號(hào)臺(tái)風(fēng)“海神”減弱為熱帶低壓，下午14時(shí)在西北太平洋洋面上進(jìn)一步減弱，目前已很難確定環(huán)流中心，中央氣象臺(tái)于14日14時(shí)對(duì)其停止編號(hào)。
