今天（7月20日），外交部官宣：王毅將于7月22日出席在菲律賓馬尼拉舉行的中國—東盟外長會，并于23日至25日前往在吉爾吉斯斯坦，出席上合組織外長會并對該國進行訪問。美國國務卿魯比奧也將赴馬尼拉參會。
