新華社華盛頓7月14日電（記者楊伶 熊茂伶）美國國會眾議院14日投票通過一項法案，將在全國范圍內永久實行夏令時，不再每年兩次轉換時間。不過，該法案同時允許各州申請不實行永久夏令時。
這項法案將提交國會參議院審議，如獲通過，將提交總統特朗普簽署后生效。
