7月17日，黑芝麻（000716）發(fā)布公告，周淼懷申請(qǐng)辭去公司董事會(huì)秘書職務(wù)，辭職報(bào)告自送達(dá)公司董事會(huì)之日起生效，其辭去前述職務(wù)后，仍繼續(xù)擔(dān)任公司董事、副董事長(zhǎng)、副總裁等職務(wù)。
2026年一季度，黑芝麻實(shí)現(xiàn)收入6.46億元，歸母凈利潤(rùn)3290萬元。
