網購“僅退款”本是電商平臺為保障消費者權益推出的便利措施，然而卻有人對此動起了“歪腦筋”。近日，湖南衡山縣人民法院就審結了一起使用AI軟件，偽造榴蓮、車厘子等高價水果腐爛圖片，以商品有質量問題為由，利用平臺“僅退款”規則，詐騙商家貨物的案件。
