德州市氣象臺7月24日14時43分發布暴雨黃色預警信號：目前強降雨回波位于天衢新區，移動緩慢，小時雨強達30～50毫米，預計今天下午到夜間降水仍將持續，長河街道、宋官屯、袁橋鎮、新華街道等降水量將達50毫米以上，請注意防范。
