一、研究所簡(jiǎn)介-Introduction

中國(guó)科學(xué)院地球環(huán)境研究所成立于1999年，前身是1985年成立的中國(guó)科學(xué)院黃土與第四紀(jì)地質(zhì)研究室，位于古城西安。研究所使命為"探索地球環(huán)境奧秘、服務(wù)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)"，致力為國(guó)際地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)發(fā)展做出創(chuàng)新性貢獻(xiàn)，成為國(guó)際一流的大陸環(huán)境變化科學(xué)研究中心。

The Institute of Earth Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IEECAS) was established in 1999. Its predecessor was the Lab of Loess and Quaternary Geology founded in 1985. The Institute is located in Xi'an, known as the "Ancient Capital of China" . The mission of the Institute is to advance understanding of the Earth's environment systems and to support the pursuit of ecological sustainability. IEECAS strives to establish itself as a world-class research center for continental environmental change.

二、科研隊(duì)伍-Scientists

研究所各類人才匯聚，包括中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士2人和歐洲科學(xué)院院士1人，培養(yǎng)國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者20余人，是科技部認(rèn)定的“國(guó)家創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)示范基地”。

IEECAS brings together a wide range of research scientists, including two Members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and one Member of the European Academy of Sciences. It has fostered over 20 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. IEECAS is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a National Demonstration Base for Innovative Talent Training.

三、科研平臺(tái)-Platforms

研究所擁有黃土科學(xué)全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、兩個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)野外觀測(cè)科學(xué)研究站和一個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)大型科學(xué)儀器中心（西安加速器質(zhì)譜中心），另有陜西省加速器質(zhì)譜技術(shù)及應(yīng)用、大氣污染與霧霾防治重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，中亞極端氣候“一帶一路”聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室；擁有東亞最大的大陸環(huán)境科學(xué)鉆探巖心庫(kù)。

IEECAS houses the National Key Laboratory of Loess Science, two National Observation and Research Stations, and a National Scientific Instrument Center (the Xi’an Accelerator Mass Spectrometry Center). In addition, it hosts the Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Accelerator Mass Spectrometry Technology and Application, the Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Air Pollution and Haze Prevention, and the Shaanxi Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Central Asia Extreme Climate. The Institute also maintains the largest continental environmental science drilling core repository in East Asia.

四、科研成果-Achievements

科研成果先后獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)，入選“中國(guó)科學(xué)十大進(jìn)展”3項(xiàng)，已在Science、Nature、PNAS、Nature子刊等國(guó)際頂尖期刊發(fā)表文章180余篇，向國(guó)家提交20余項(xiàng)政策建議。

IEECAS’s research achievements have received 8 National Natural Science Awards, 3 research outcomes named among China's Top 10 Scientific Advances. IEECAS has published over 180 articles in top international journals such as Science, Nature, PNAS, and Nature family journals, and has submitted more than 20 policy recommendations to the national government.

五、國(guó)際合作-International Cooperation

研究所與美國(guó)、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)、俄羅斯、加拿大、澳大利亞、奧地利、荷蘭、日本、新加坡、泰國(guó)、吉爾吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦等三十余個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的高水平研究機(jī)構(gòu)建立了合作關(guān)系，是科學(xué)技術(shù)部認(rèn)定的國(guó)家級(jí)國(guó)際聯(lián)合研究中心。

IEECAS has established cooperative ties with high-level research institutions in more than 30 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, Canada, Australia, Austria, the Netherlands, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. It is accredited as a National Center for International Joint Research by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

六、加盟方式 Join Us

1.領(lǐng)軍人才計(jì)劃(Leading Scientist program)

基本條件：博士學(xué)位，副教授及以上職稱；

相關(guān)待遇：薪酬80-100 W，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)800-1000 W。

Eligibility: PhD Degree, Associate Professor or above.

Benefits: Annual Salary: RMB 800,000-1,000,000; Research Funding: RMB 8-10 million.

2.杰出青年人才計(jì)劃(Distinguished YouthScientist)

基本條件：博士學(xué)位，年齡不超過40周歲，至少三年工作經(jīng)歷；

相關(guān)待遇：薪酬40-60W, 科研經(jīng)費(fèi)400-600 W。

Eligibility: PhD Degree, under 40 years of age and no less than 3 years of working experience.

Benefits: Annual Salary: RMB 400,000-600,000; Research Funding: RMB 4-6 million.

3.優(yōu)秀青年人才計(jì)劃(ExcellentYouthTalent)

基本條件：博士學(xué)位，年齡不超過30周歲；

相關(guān)待遇：薪酬30-40W，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)50-80W。

Eligibility：PhD Degree and under 30 years of age.

Benefits: Annual salary: RMB 300,000-400,000; Research Funding: RMB 500,000-800,000.
