流行病防范創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟（CEPI）負責人Richard Hatchett表示，牛津大學和Moderna公司針對本迪布焦型埃博拉病毒開發(fā)的領先疫苗候選物，最快可能于2026年7月進入I期臨床試驗，若早期數(shù)據(jù)順利，數(shù)月內或推進現(xiàn)場試驗。
本迪布焦型埃博拉正在剛果（金）東部造成嚴重疫情，目前尚無獲批疫苗。
該進展說明全球應急研發(fā)正從“無苗防控”向候選疫苗快速驗證轉變，但安全性、免疫原性和現(xiàn)場保護效果仍需臨床數(shù)據(jù)確認。
