6月21日下午，東莞上市公司“思泉新材”發布公告，公司副總裁兼董事會秘書郭智超于2026年6月19日因意外交通事故不幸去世。據悉，郭智超女士出生于1986年10月，年僅40歲。

思泉新材在公告中表示，截至本公告披露日，郭智超女士不持有公司股票，對郭智超女士所做的努力和貢獻深表感謝，對其去世致以沉痛哀悼，并向其家人致以深切慰問。
