《問心2》收官！為寫劇本，編劇陪醫(yī)生“上班”……

近日，由編劇周藝飛和導(dǎo)演黎志“二搭”的《問心2》（The Heart 2）迎來收官。

三年前，《問心》系列第一部播出，被譽(yù)為終于“支棱起來”的國產(chǎn)醫(yī)療劇。該劇憑借對心臟病病例和手術(shù)的拍攝、對醫(yī)患關(guān)系富有人文溫度的探討，用真實(shí)細(xì)膩的醫(yī)療敘事打動觀眾，收獲業(yè)內(nèi)外一致認(rèn)可。

Three years ago, when the first season of The Heart was released, it was hailed as a domestic medical drama that achieved a breakthrough in the genre. With its realistic portrayal of heart disease cases and surgeries, as well as its humane exploration of doctor-patient relationships, the series — starring Mark Chao, Mao Xiaotong and Jin Shijia — earned high acclaim from both audiences and industry insiders.

《問心》由趙又廷、毛曉彤、金世佳主演，他們飾演的醫(yī)生角色因醫(yī)術(shù)精湛，又各有性格特色，被觀眾親切地稱為“東立三人組”。

Their characters, each possessing exceptional medical skills and a unique personality, are considered the best trio at the fictional Dongli Hospital.

劇集甫一開場，緊張氛圍便撲面而來。東立醫(yī)院心臟中心專家周筱風(fēng)（趙又廷飾）剛剛結(jié)束為期兩年的貴州醫(yī)療支援任務(wù)，與他同車返程的，是當(dāng)?shù)卮壬祈?xiàng)目資助救治的一批病患。

The drama opens with an immediate sense of tension. Zhou Xiaofeng, played by Mark Chao, a cardiac specialist at Dongli Hospital, has just completed a two-year medical aid mission in Guizhou. Traveling back with him in the same vehicle are a group of patients whose treatment was funded by a local charity project.

其中，孕婦和雪妹的情況尤為特殊：她已懷孕23周，懷有雙胞胎，其中一個(gè)胎兒被確診為先天性心臟病。周筱風(fēng)從醫(yī)學(xué)角度建議減胎，但和雪妹出于母親的本能，堅(jiān)持希望保住兩個(gè)孩子。為盡最大努力幫助她，周筱風(fēng)請來了自己的母親——心內(nèi)科權(quán)威方竹清教授（陳沖飾）親自主刀。然而，結(jié)局卻因意外而令人扼腕嘆息。

Among them, a pregnant woman named He Xuemei stands out — she is 23 weeks into her pregnancy with twins, but one of the fetuses has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. Zhou recommends fetal reduction from a medical standpoint, but He, driven by maternal instinct, insists on trying to save both children.

Zhou seeks help from his mother — the renowned internal medicine authority, Professor Fang Zhuqing, played by Joan Chen — to personally perform the surgery. However, the outcome takes an unexpected and heartbreaking turn.

和雪妹的故事剛剛落幕，另一位患者、外賣員魯大冬便緊隨其后登場。一次意外，喘不過氣的魯大冬被發(fā)現(xiàn)患有遺傳性肥厚型心肌病，病情兇險(xiǎn)，隨時(shí)可能危及生命。

Just as He's story comes to a close, the fate of Lu Dadong, a delivery rider, soon takes center stage. Frequently feeling difficult in breathing, Lu is diagnosed with hereditary hypertrophic cardiomyopathy — a life-threatening condition that could strike at any moment.

醫(yī)生告訴他，病發(fā)時(shí)可能意識不清，緊要關(guān)頭需要直系家屬代為決策。

此時(shí)，在沒有彩禮、也無法操辦婚禮的情況下，女友梁美卻毅然決定與魯大冬領(lǐng)證結(jié)婚，只為讓所愛之人能順利完成手術(shù)。

Doctors warn him that during an attack, he may lose consciousness, and critical decisions would have to be made by his immediate family. Under these circumstances, his girlfriend Liang Mei — despite the fact that Lu is unable to afford a bride price or hold a wedding — nonetheless decides to register their marriage, determined to ensure that her loved one can undergo the surgery he so urgently needs.

對導(dǎo)演黎志而言，雖然是再次執(zhí)導(dǎo)這個(gè)熟悉的題材，但因?yàn)樽陨黼H遇的變化，他有了新的感悟。

For director Li Zhi, returning to this familiar subject brought new insights — shaped in part by his own personal experiences.

“每個(gè)人都去醫(yī)院就診過，或者作為病人家屬陪同一起經(jīng)歷過，相信醫(yī)療題材與我們每個(gè)人都息息相關(guān)。”他在接受《中國日報(bào)》專訪時(shí)，如此回憶。

"Everyone has been to the hospital at some point, either as a patient or accompanying a family member. I believe medical stories resonate with all of us," he recalled in an interview with China Daily.

拍完《問心》第一季之后，因?yàn)樯眢w狀況不佳，黎志曾經(jīng)短暫住院。這段經(jīng)歷，讓他更深切地體會到作為病人在醫(yī)院住院的過程，以及與醫(yī)生、護(hù)士們的相處之道。每次當(dāng)他的主管醫(yī)生來查房時(shí)，黎志說，他都會在手機(jī)的備忘錄上，提前敲錄需要交流和溝通的問題。

After filming the first season, Li was briefly hospitalized due to health issues. This experience gave him a deeper understanding of what it feels like to be a patient and how to interact with medical staff. Every time his attending physician came for rounds, Li said he would type out his questions in advance on his phone's memo pad.

“因?yàn)槊刻煲鎸υS多病人，也要處理眾多事務(wù)，我的主管醫(yī)生語速非?？欤倚枰浞终{(diào)動大腦跟上她的節(jié)奏。但她的條理非常清晰，而且對我的情況很熟悉，這讓我感到很踏實(shí)、安心。”

"My attending physician speaks very quickly because she has to see many patients and handle a lot of tasks every day. I had to fully engage my brain to keep up with her — but her thinking was very clear, and she was familiar with my condition, which made me feel secure and at ease."

有意思的是，在閱讀劇本時(shí)，黎志從魯大冬的案例中讀出了惺惺相惜之感。“我當(dāng)時(shí)不想把住院的事情告訴家人。這與我們在劇中描寫的魯大冬和梁美的案例相似。做手術(shù)需要簽署知情同意書，按規(guī)定，我需要讓直系親屬知道，但我不想讓父母擔(dān)心。我就跟主管醫(yī)生以及她的實(shí)習(xí)生共同想辦法?！崩柚净貞浾f。

Interestingly, while reading the script, he found a connection with Lu's case. "I didn't want to tell my family about my hospitalization. It's similar to what we depict in the series with Lu and Liang. Surgery requires signing an informed consent form, and by regulation, a direct family member needs to know. But I didn't want to worry my parents, so I worked with my attending physician and her intern to find a solution," Li recalled.

以扎實(shí)采訪著稱的編劇周藝飛，這次走訪十幾家醫(yī)院，從北京、上海到浙江、四川、云南、貴州，從一線城市的三甲醫(yī)院到縣城醫(yī)院，她成了心內(nèi)、心外、監(jiān)護(hù)室的“?？汀保３Ｅ阒t(yī)生們“一起上班”，甚至一待就是一個(gè)多月。

據(jù)悉，《問心2》的幕后醫(yī)學(xué)顧問團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模龐大，共有超過200位醫(yī)學(xué)專家全程參與創(chuàng)作指導(dǎo)，確保醫(yī)療細(xì)節(jié)的真實(shí)性與專業(yè)性。

Screenwriter Zhou Yifei, known for her thorough research, visited over a dozen hospitals for the new season — from Beijing and Shanghai to Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, from top-tier hospitals in first-tier cities to county-level hospitals.

She became a regular presence in cardiology wards, cardiac surgery units, and ICUs, often shadowing doctors during their shifts and staying for more than a month at a time. A team of more than 200 medical experts served as advisors throughout the production of The Heart 2, ensuring that every medical detail remained true to life and professionally accurate.

編劇周藝飛告訴《中國日報(bào)》記者，張調(diào)娥和龍嬌嬌的故事靈感，來自于當(dāng)時(shí)她在一家偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)醫(yī)院的采訪。

Zhou told China Daily that the inspiration for the characters Zhang Tiao'e and Long Jiaojiao came from her interviews at a hospital in a remote area.

“輸液袋上都寫有病人姓名。我當(dāng)時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，一個(gè)科室里，有好幾個(gè)病人叫‘招娣’。后來，我又發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩三個(gè)病人叫‘調(diào)娥’，當(dāng)?shù)厝烁嬖V我，在方言中‘調(diào)娥’跟‘招娣’的寓意相似，即‘把兒子調(diào)過來’。”她回憶道。更讓她詫異的是，這種重男輕女的起名方式，在“50后”到“90后”的女性患者中均有體現(xiàn)。

"Patients' names are written on IV bags, and I noticed that in one department, several patients were named Zhaodi (literally 'call for a brother'). Later, I found two or three patients named Tiao'e. The locals told me that in the local dialect, Tiao'e carries a similar meaning to Zhaodi — essentially, 'bring in a son'," she recalled. What surprised her even more was that this naming practice — reflecting a preference for sons — spanned female patients from the 1950s generation all the way to the 1990s.

這讓周藝飛印象深刻之余，更深入思考：“張調(diào)娥文化水平不高，能走出去的機(jī)會有限。或許不能僅僅譴責(zé)她重男輕女——她背后的生存困境也需要被看到。她可能也不想生兒子，只是她想讓自己的生活更好。我對她們充滿理解和同情。”

This observation prompted Zhou to reflect more deeply. "Zhang has little education and limited opportunities to leave. Perhaps we shouldn't condemn her for preferring a son — we need to see the survival struggles behind her choice. She might not actually want a son, she just wants a better life for herself. I feel deep understanding and sympathy for women like her," she said.

除了對女性患者命運(yùn)的關(guān)注，周藝飛在采訪中還發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)讓她意外的職業(yè)群體——醫(yī)療器械銷售。周藝飛特別談及歐陽妲這個(gè)新角色。當(dāng)她在為第一季做采訪準(zhǔn)備時(shí)，曾發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療器械銷售是醫(yī)院中常見的一道“風(fēng)景”。

Beyond her focus on the fate of female patients, Zhou also discovered a professional group that surprised her during her interviews — medical device sales representatives. She spoke specifically about the new character Ouyang Da. While conducting interviews for the first season, she noticed that medical device sales representatives were a common sight in hospitals.

“我深入了解后，發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)工種確實(shí)有趣。有一次我采訪一位在醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)工作幾十年的代理商，他因做心內(nèi)科醫(yī)療器械領(lǐng)域多年，對技術(shù)發(fā)展如數(shù)家珍。盡管沒有資質(zhì)上手術(shù)臺操作，但他對整個(gè)流程和診斷非常了解，甚至還能在某些方面指導(dǎo)年輕醫(yī)生。其實(shí)，優(yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品和高素質(zhì)的從業(yè)人員對臨床幫助很大，醫(yī)生們也很尊重他們。”這個(gè)發(fā)現(xiàn)，讓周藝飛頗為意外。

"After looking into it further, I found this profession quite fascinating. I interviewed an agent who had worked in the medical device industry for decades. Because he had been in the cardiology device field for so long, he was extremely knowledgeable about technological developments.

Although he wasn't qualified to operate on the surgical table, he understood the entire procedure and diagnostic process very well, and could even guide young doctors in some areas. Quality medical devices and well-trained professionals are a great help in clinical practice, and doctors respect them," Zhou said.

正是通過歐陽妲這個(gè)角色，周藝飛開始深入關(guān)注中國醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。而這，也是她希望觀眾能透過劇情看到的現(xiàn)實(shí)。

《問心2》的各個(gè)單元故事充滿了跌宕起伏，每一臺手術(shù)背后，有技術(shù)、有醫(yī)德，也有醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)和科研水平的突飛猛進(jìn)。在熒屏之外，周藝飛說，她希望觀眾們也能看到中國在醫(yī)學(xué)器械研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)步。

It was through the character Ouyang that Zhou began to pay closer attention to the development of China's medical device industry — and this, she said, is the reality she hopes audiences will see through the drama.

Each episode of The Heart 2 is filled with twists and turns. Behind every surgery lies not only skill and medical ethics, but also the rapid advancement of medical technology and research. Beyond the screen, Zhou said she hopes audiences can also see China's progress in the research and development of medical devices.

“曾經(jīng)，我們笑談‘西方的藥，中國的刀’，意思是中國的外科醫(yī)生在長期的海量病例中，鍛煉出了極高的手術(shù)熟練度和處理復(fù)雜并發(fā)癥的應(yīng)對能力。但現(xiàn)在，我們國家的醫(yī)學(xué)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)發(fā)展也很快，基礎(chǔ)科研也在加強(qiáng)。過去三四年，尤其是《問心》第一部完成后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)國產(chǎn)人工心臟的發(fā)展速度非常讓人驚訝，甚至在很多方面已經(jīng)媲美乃至超越外國產(chǎn)品了。”談及此，周藝飛的聲音中充滿了自豪。

"In the past, we used to joke: 'Western medicine, Chinese scalpels' — meaning that Chinese surgeons, through years of handling a vast number of cases, had developed exceptional surgical skills and the ability to manage complex complications. But now, our country's medical device technology is advancing rapidly, and basic scientific research is also gaining strength.

Over the past three or four years — especially since the first season of The Heart — I've been amazed by the speed at which domestically produced artificial hearts are developing. In many ways, they now rival or even surpass foreign products," Zhou said, her voice filled with pride.

技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，最終是為了讓更多病人們像劇中的那樣，獲得生的希望。而這，或許正是《問心2》在跌宕劇情之外，最想傳遞給觀眾的那份安心。

Ultimately, technological progress serves one purpose: to give more ordinary people — like patients depicted in the drama — a chance at life. And perhaps that, beyond the gripping plotlines, is the quiet reassurance that The Heart 2 most wants to offer its audience.
