商務(wù)部、海關(guān)總署發(fā)布公告2026年第29號，公布對氦氣實施臨時禁止出口管理。
依據(jù)《中華人民共和國對外貿(mào)易法》有關(guān)規(guī)定，商務(wù)部、海關(guān)總署決定對氦氣（海關(guān)商品編號：2804290010）實施臨時禁止出口管理。
本公告自公布之日起執(zhí)行，后續(xù)相關(guān)調(diào)整將另行公告。
