臺風黃色預警信號
受今年第9號臺風“巴威”影響，預計11日夜里至14日我市主城區、淮陰區、淮安區、洪澤區、漣水縣、盱眙縣、金湖縣的大部分鎮（街道）將持續出現8級以上陣風，其中12日最大陣風可達9到10級。12日夜里至14日有強降雨，并可能伴有雷電、雷暴大風和短時強降水等強對流天氣。市應急局、市氣象局聯合提醒注意防范。
