齊魯網·閃電新聞7月16日訊 德州交投公交集團發布消息，為關愛無償獻血者，自7月15日起，凡當年度在德州累計獻血滿400毫升的市民，持本人身份證、無償獻血證、2寸近期免冠彩色照片和10元卡押金，可到德州交投公交客服大廳、市政務服務中心53號窗口或陵城公交樞紐，辦理免費乘車卡。
