7月21日，鳴鳴很忙集團宣布，截至2026年7月20日，集團旗下簽約門店總數超30000家，成為國內首家邁入3萬店規模的休閑食品飲料連鎖企業。
2026年1月，鳴鳴很忙在港交所主板掛牌上市。在2026年《財富》中國500強排行榜中，鳴鳴很忙作為零售新勢力首次躋身該榜單，排名第265位。
2025年，鳴鳴很忙GMV達935.69億元，同比增長68.5%；營業收入661.70億元，同比增長68.2%；經調整凈利潤26.92億元，同比增長194.9%。
