今天（22日）上午，人力資源社會保障部舉行新聞發布會。
今年上半年，全國城鎮新增就業695萬人，同比持平，城鎮調查失業率平均值為5.2%，就業形勢保持總體平穩。1-6月，發放失業保險穩崗返還資金36億元、一次性擴崗補助9億元、技能提升補貼12億元。
