7月8日，新京報記者多方核實獲悉，廣西橫州云表鎮一名被蛇咬傷的女子不幸離世。參與救助的村民稱，因道路不通，該女子輾轉多次才送至醫院治療，他看到時女子已無意識。另一名被蛇咬傷的村民告訴記者，該女子四五十歲，系6日晚被蛇咬傷。記者從接診醫院獲悉，確有一名被蛇咬傷者不幸離世。
