公司歸母凈利潤扭虧為盈的主要原因為：公司2025年8月31日完成重大資產重組業務，交易完成后不再從事房地產開發相關業務，實現了從重資產開發模式向輕資產運營模式的戰略轉型。本報告期輕資產業務穩健發展，實現盈利。
