招聘職位：

1、現場經理 Site Manager （Penglai）

2、電氣主管 Electrical Supervisor（Penglai）

Job description:

• give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing;

• check of proper electrical installations in terms of quality and timeline;

• initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects and to be executed by the subcontractor;

• control of correctness and completeness of site related reports;

• collect and forward technical specifications;

• report the status of site activities;

• execution of the quality check on site including reporting;

• active participation at the site meeting on site (toolbox talk);

• notification of defective or missing parts to the site manager with the purpose of replacement of these parts;

• maximum utilization of production capacity, through proper planning of tasks for employees;

• compliance with regulations and control of health and safety conditions and fire regulations;

• supervision over the intended use of entrusted tools and production materials;

• project realized in shipyard in Penglai.

Requirements:

• education in technical school;

• qualification of electrician;

• good knowledge of English language;

• experience in the offshore wind farm industry;

• experience in managing the production team;

• decision-making skills and good organization of work.
