冰雪頭條：國際奧委會執委會批準阿爾卑斯2030冬奧會場館總體規劃首輪調整

冰雪頭條（微信號：bingxuetoutiao）資訊，據國際奧委會（IOC）網站發布，總部位于洛桑的國際奧委會執委會日前完成審批，正式通過法國阿爾卑斯2030冬奧會組委會（OCOG）提交的場館總體規劃系列修訂方案。完整場館總規需待更多細節落地后，方可進入最終核準流程。

核心要點

本次修訂方案以保障乃至提升運動員參賽體驗為基礎，保證競賽場地高標準，優化賽事運營與財務可行性；整體賽事仍保留四大競賽集群布局，場館集群規劃更集約緊湊。

核心調整決議：除速度滑冰外，其余冰上項目整體遷至里昂舉辦；高山滑雪賽事確定由庫爾舍瓦勒、 瓦勒迪澤爾 兩地承辦。

完整一體化場館總規（含全部競賽大項、分項場地細化分配方案），需待冬奧會競賽項目清單定稿、奧組委完成全部技術論證后另行對外發布。

整套修訂提案已于6月19日經冬奧會組委會執委會會議審議通過，是組委會聯合國際奧委會、各單項國際體育聯合會及地方政府主管部門開展全面復盤研判后形成的成果。

本次調整在堅守阿爾卑斯2030冬奧會整體辦賽理念的前提下，兼顧四大維度平衡：運動員參賽體驗、賽事落地運營、財政可持續性、區域協同統籌。

一、冰上項目集群

冰上運動分項（冰壺、花樣滑冰、冰球、短道速滑）將統一調整至里昂全新場館集群舉辦。這一布局優化方案可大幅壓縮賽事整體場地輻射范圍，顯著節約辦賽成本，同時保障高水平賽事呈現與運動員參賽體驗。里昂市內各分項場館的具體分配方案仍在細化制定，待與各國際單項體育聯合會進一步溝通協商后，后續提交國際奧委會執行委員會審議。

Ice cluster——Ice sports and disciplines-including curling, figure skating, ice hockey and short track-will be relocated to a new cluster in Lyon. This evolution supports a more compact overall Games footprint and enables significant cost efficiencies, while maintaining a high-quality competition and athlete experience. The detailed allocation of venues within Lyon remains under development, and will be submitted to the IOC EB at a later stage, following further engagement with the IFs.

二、速度滑冰項目

國際奧委會執委會原則同意將荷蘭蒂亞爾夫冰場列為速度滑冰備選競賽場館，最終落地需組委會完成與場館產權方的全部磋商流程。法國本土暫無符合辦賽標準的專業速滑場館，申奧階段組委會即提出將靈活運用國際奧委會相關辦賽規則，選用境外場館承辦速滑賽事。蒂亞爾夫冰場為國際一流專業場館，當地民眾支持度高，同時具備優異的成本控制與賽事創收空間。

Speed skating——The IOC EB also approved Thialf in the Netherlands as the proposed speed skating venue pending completion of OCOG discussions with venue owners. This follows the intention stated in the Alpes 2030 candidature to make use of the flexibility allowed by the IOC and secure a venue outside France, given the absence of an existing one in the host country. Thialf is a world-class facility with strong public support, and offers favourable cost/revenue possibilities.

三、高山滑雪項目

庫爾舍韋勒、瓦勒迪澤爾兩處場地已正式定為高山滑雪競賽場館，分別承辦技巧類項目與速度類項目。伊澤爾谷擁有國際頂級競賽賽道，觀賽配套條件優越，競賽場地緊鄰運動員住宿區。兩地各分項場地精準分配細則仍在推進編制，待組委會完成與各單項國際聯合會、地方政府的深度對接后，再報送國際奧委會執委會審批。

Alpine skiing——Courchevel and Val d’Isère have been confirmed as the two Alpine skiing venues, covering technical and speed events. Val d’Isère offers a world-class field of play and a strong spectator environment, with competition taking place in close proximity to the athlete accommodation.The precise allocation of venues remains under development and will be submitted to the IOC EB at a later stage, following further engagement with the IFs and the local authorities.
