7月12日6時45分，市氣象災害防御指揮部解除重大氣象災害(暴雨)Ⅰ級應急響應。
根據當前雨情、水情、工情等情況，經會商研判，市防指決定于7月12日9時30分起，將市級防汛Ⅲ級應急響應調整為防汛Ⅳ級應急響應。
