南京市防汛抗旱指揮部辦公室發布消息，南京市氣象臺解除臺風和暴雨藍色預警信號。根據《南京市防臺風應急預案》，市防辦決定，7月14日9時起，結束全市防臺風IV級應急響應。
當前我市仍處于主汛期，短時強降水、雷暴大風、臺風等災害天氣隨時可能發生，各區各單位要嚴格執行24小時值班制度，密切關注水雨情，加強巡查檢查，落實防范應對準備，全力做好防汛防臺風工作。
