2026世界人工智能大會(huì)將于7月17日至7月20日在上海舉行。曦智科技將在大會(huì)上首發(fā)全球首款基于光電混合計(jì)算芯片的一體化邊緣計(jì)算盒——天樞·光立方。這款產(chǎn)品集成光計(jì)算芯片、CPU、內(nèi)存、主動(dòng)散熱及全接口系統(tǒng)，能實(shí)現(xiàn)開(kāi)箱即用的部署。目前，該產(chǎn)品已在全球范圍內(nèi)率先實(shí)現(xiàn)真實(shí)高頻民用場(chǎng)景商用，支撐人臉識(shí)別等AI任務(wù)。
