7月16日，大連醫(yī)科大學附屬第一醫(yī)院長春路院區(qū)涌出大量白霧，覆蓋車道。醫(yī)院工作人員表示，系工作人員在灌氧氣時，部分液氧會揮發(fā)外溢，外溢的氧氣對人體無危害。
