IT之家 8 月 8 日消息，科技媒體 Windows Latest 昨日（8 月 7 日）發布博文，報道稱戴爾公司最新公布了“7 月 Windows 11 更新兼容性”事件受影響清單，波及約 245 款戴爾設備。
本次 Windows 11 更新兼容性事件，可以追溯到微軟 6 月 23 日發布的 Windows 11 可選更新 KB5095093，并在 7 月 14 日發布的 KB5101650 累積更新影響更多用戶。
根據官方公布的清單，本次受到影響的 PC 涵蓋企業商務機型、消費機型、游戲本、工作站和商用設備，合計約 245 款。

根據官方公告內容，本次兼容性問題主要是戴爾設備上的 Intel Innovation Platform Framework (IPF) Processor Participant 驅動不兼容新引入的 Windows USB-C Connection Manager 接口導致。
戴爾表示該驅動用于電源和溫控管理，也用于高端硬件上的性能控制；在企業場景中，它還支持 Wake on Approach 和 Walk away Lock 等人感檢測功能。
在故障表現方面，受影響設備可能引發異常關機、性能下降、發熱升高和電池耗電加快。
戴爾于 7 月 18 日發布緊急補丁 KB5121767，修復了相關問題，戴爾表示，若設備已安裝該修復，或已升級到 Build 26200.8894、Build 26100.8894 及后續版本，應該不會遇到上述兼容性問題。
