大悅城控股公告稱，2026年上半年，公司新增1個項目。
地塊信息顯示，該地塊為津南長（掛）2026-05號地塊。該項目位于天津市南開區(qū)長江道北側(cè)、平利路西側(cè)。該地塊土地出讓面積為11,954.1平方米，計容建筑面積合計不大于19,200平方米，土地用途為城鎮(zhèn)住宅用地（兼容商業(yè)）。
該項目通過公開市場招拍掛獲取，我方需支付價款為人民幣4.11億元。公司控股子公司擁有該項目權(quán)益比例為100%，公司最終權(quán)益比例為86.19%。
