閨蜜到家做客都必點(diǎn)的一道夏季開(kāi)胃下飯小涼菜

都說(shuō)夏天是一年當(dāng)中最難熬的一個(gè)季節(jié)，天氣熱得讓人茶飯不思，沒(méi)有胃口，明明肚子空空，卻不知道吃點(diǎn)什么好，這個(gè)時(shí)候涼菜就成了大家都非常喜歡的美食！

今天給大家分享一道夏季非常受歡迎的小涼菜，每次女閨蜜來(lái)到家里都點(diǎn)名說(shuō)要吃我拌的海帶絲，說(shuō)就懷念這個(gè)味道，今天就把它分享給大家，希望大家多多支持一下。

海帶的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值非常的豐富，它屬于藻類(lèi)食物，其中比較有代表性的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分是碘，含量較高。除此之外，還含有鈣、B族維生素、維生素K、鉀、膳食纖維等成分。平時(shí)適當(dāng)吃海帶，有助于身體健康！

1.準(zhǔn)備食材，海帶絲適量，海帶絲我們可以那種包裝好的，最主要的是干凈，容易清洗，用起來(lái)更方便。青紅辣椒可以增香提色，小蔥香菜，大蒜頭適量！

2.首先把海帶絲泡發(fā)，然后把食材清洗干凈，青紅小米辣切圈，大蒜頭剁成蒜泥，小蔥切成蔥花，香菜切段備用！

3.海帶絲泡發(fā)之后清洗干凈，起鍋燒水，放入海帶絲，煮開(kāi)一分鐘左右即可撈出控水，然后放入涼開(kāi)水中放涼，再次控干水分，放入碗中備用！
