2026年7月21日，杭州濱江房產集團股份有限公司（002244.SZ）發布公告稱，公司全資子公司杭州濱盟房地產開發有限公司和杭州濱曼房地產開發有限公司分別競得杭州市兩宗住宅用地。
其中，杭政儲出[2026]55號地塊位于杭州，建設用地面積22,869㎡，容積率1.8，土地總價56,561萬元；杭政儲出[2026]56號地塊建設用地面積39,938㎡，容積率2.0，土地總價181,047萬元。兩宗地塊合計土地總價約237,608萬元，公司均持有100%權益。
