“清華教授肖鷹實名舉報蔣方舟”，人大回應已介入調查

7月3日，“清華教授肖鷹實名舉報蔣方舟人大碩士論文系統性造假”一事登上微博熱搜。

Xiao Ying, a professor at Tsinghua University, has publicly accused Chinese writer Jiang Fangzhou of plagiarism and fabricating citations in her master's thesis, with the case gaining widespread attention on Chinese social media on Friday.

7月3日，肖鷹在個人微博發布【清華大學肖鷹教授公開舉報中國人民大學文學院蔣方舟碩士論文全面造假證據匯總】，指出該論文全文20個注釋所指文字，包含8處抄襲，10處編造/篡改。另隨機查出無注釋文字2處抄襲，1處編造。經其審查，總計發現10處抄襲和11處編造/篡改。

Xiao published a post on his verified Weibo account claiming that Jiang's 2019 master's thesis contained 10 cases of plagiarism and 11 fabricated or falsified citations and references.

肖鷹逐條比對文獻后指出，蔣方舟2019年提交的碩士論文內，20處注釋全部虛構，多處段落直接照搬外文譯作卻不規范標注出處，屬于偽造文獻、剽借鑒合雙重違規。有網友同步放出原文對照，論文引用書目標注的頁碼、版本，在對應原著中完全找不到匹配內容，憑空捏造參考來源，是文科論文典型的嚴重造假行為。

After comparing the thesis with the cited sources, Xiao said multiple passages had been copied from translated foreign language works without proper attribution, while some cited page numbers and editions could not be found in the original publications.

肖鷹列舉蔣方舟碩士論文20處注釋涉嫌造假的部分內容

肖鷹于2025年8月11日，在本人實名認證微信公眾號“肖鷹美學”發表文章，公開舉報人大文學院2019屆畢業生蔣方舟碩士論文嚴重抄襲和普遍造假。此后10個多月，陸續發表多篇補充舉報材料文章，并于2026年7月向中國人民大學校長馬懷德發出公開信，要求徹查。

Xiao first made the allegations public in August 2025 and has since released additional evidence. He also sent an open letter to Ma Huaide, president of Renmin University of China, in July, urging the university to complete its investigation.

據“肖鷹美學”公眾號，今年4月上旬，肖鷹通過電子郵件將首篇公開舉報文章提交人大文學院行政負責人士，后獲其告知已啟動對蔣方舟碩士論文涉嫌學術不端調查，調查工作將按規定在90個工作日內完結。

今年5月，肖鷹以電子郵件向人大學風建設委員會提交補充舉報材料，并通過電話獲得其工作人員確認：人大已進行對蔣方舟碩士論文涉嫌學術不端調查工作并將在90個工作日內完結。

現在是2026年7月初，距離肖鷹首次公開舉報已過去10個月多，人大調查工作已進行近3個月，仍然未有調查結論向社會公布。

According to Xiao, the university informed him that an investigation had been launched and would be completed within 90 working days. However, as of early July, no findings had yet been made public.

肖鷹，現任清華大學哲學系教授、博士生導師。蔣方舟，中國作家，2008年被清華大學“破格”錄取，引起了較大爭議。
