2026年6月16日，四川廣元。交警在108國道沿線執勤，對一輛重型半掛牽引車進行檢查時，發現駕駛人劉某身上有酒味，呼氣檢測顯示，其體內酒精含量為71mg/100ml。
經查，劉某在被查前兩三個小時剛喝了一些啤酒。
最終，因飲酒后駕駛營運機動車，劉某被處5000元罰款，吊銷駕駛證且五年內不得重新取得，行政拘留15日。
