7月17日，記者從國鐵廣州局獲悉，根據氣象部門消息，近日湖南部分地區有暴雨，局地大暴雨，并伴有雷暴大風天氣。
為確保旅客列車運行安全，國鐵廣州局根據降雨影響范圍，7月18日，計劃對渝懷鐵路、滬昆鐵路部分列車采取停運措施，部分列車也將出現不同程度晚點。
