“寵物狗使用公共直飲水”引爭議，多地回應

近日，多地接連出現寵物狗使用公共直飲水事件，引發爭議。

A series of incidents involving pet dogs drinking directly from public drinking-water dispensers in several places has sparked controversy.

7月10日，對于四川成都市民反映的“江安拾光公園的直飲水經常看見寵物狗含著喝水”情況，成都市溫江區水務局在“問政四川”上答復稱，收到該問題后，我局已組織運維企業對直飲水設施進行全部消毒，并督促加強巡查，同時溝通屬地鎮街，由社區和志愿者做好文明勸導，確保市民正確使用直飲水設施。

On Friday, authorities in Chengdu, Sichuan province, responded to a resident’s complaint that pet dogs were often seen drinking directly from water dispensers at a local park. The authorities said that after receiving the complaint, they had arranged for the maintenance operator to disinfect all the drinking-water facilities and urged it to step up inspections. They had also coordinated with the local town or subdistrict authorities and asked community workers and volunteers to remind residents to use the facilities properly.

此外，重慶也有網友發布視頻反映，有市民抱著寵物狗在一廣場直飲水處飲水。據新京報消息，事發地點為重慶市云陽縣群益廣場。

7月1日，云陽縣住建委回應，公園管理所已對該處直飲水設施進行消殺處理，后續將加強巡查監管并增設相關警示標識。

另據深圳廣電集團“第一現場”6月5日報道，有網友發視頻稱，深圳一公園飲水處有犬只攀上平臺喝水，在一名女子的協助下，犬只反復伸舌舔舐水流，距離水龍頭很近。

目前，園方已將設備徹底消毒，并將水龍頭全部更換。

According to a June 5 report by Shenzhen Media Group, a video posted online showed a dog climbing onto the platform of a public drinking fountain in a Shenzhen park to drink water. With a woman’s help, the dog repeatedly lapped at the stream of water, with its mouth very close to the faucet. Park management has since thoroughly disinfected the facility and replaced all its faucets.

依據《深圳市養犬管理條例》，公園屬禁犬公共場所，放任寵物污染公共飲水設施，將面臨行政處罰。

Under Shenzhen's regulations on dog keeping, parks are public places where dogs are prohibited. Pet owners who allow their dogs to contaminate public drinking-water facilities will face administrative penalties.

針對寵物飲水的問題，如今不少公共空間也在嘗試“適寵化”改造。公開報道顯示，部分寵物友好公園已推出落地的寵物補水站。

“深視新聞”報道就提到，近日，有網友曬出自家小狗在深圳某寵物友好公園的寵物補水站悠閑喝水的視頻，點贊深圳對小動物越來越包容。

Media reports show that some pet-friendly parks have set up dedicated pet water stations. SZTV News recently reported on a video posted by a netizen showing their puppy drinking leisurely at one such station in a Shenzhen pet-friendly park. The user praised Shenzhen for becoming increasingly welcoming to pets.
